At Correlate Connections our specialised respite team can help support you in any way possible. Our NDIS respite care service is tailored to your individual needs and our service is exceptional.
We offer 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 respite options in the comfort of your own home or a fully equipped hotel. We believe in giving you the choice out of a respite home or respite accommodation and we have both! Correlate Connections have also partnered with some of the larger hotels in Sydney NSW.
Respite Care Assistance
Your loved one will not be indoors all day unless they choose to be. We will take them out from 9am until dusk every day and because we do not have the over heads other service providers have, we pay for all the community access outings (within reason).
We offer this service to adults and children and ofcourse – all year round. Please book for school holidays in advance as we get booked out fast.Some of the community access activities we provide during the day is (but not limited to):
• Bowling
• Movies
• Picnic in the park
• Play grounds
• Scenic drives
• Going to the beach (if weather permits and permission sourced)
• Lawn bowls
• Shopping
• Laser tag
• Restaurants
• Swimming pools (with your consent)
• Foxtel
• Spa baths
• Showers
• Large beds and linen provided
• Kitchenette
