At Correlate Connections we understand that Everyday In Home self care is essential to independent living at home, which is why we provide access to personal services including:

• bathing
• showering
• personal hygiene and grooming
• dressing
• toileting
• mobility
• transfer in and out of bed
• assistance in using continence aids and appliances and managing continence.

We offer personalized services for every participant, and we also offer the same worker that you feel not connected with as we understand how personal your care is and should be about you and your needs. We do require a minimum of 2 hours per service, however if your self care service does not go for as long as expected we can change the service to another area the NDIS offers to always support your needs. For example; your self care service finishes at 1.5 hours, your personalized support worker can support you with domestic assistance for the .5 hours and we will change your charges to reflect this every time to ensure you get value for money!
