Correlate Connections can support you with obtaining tenancy and accommodation. Our NDIS Accommodation Support helps you with finding leases, supporting you with receiving government entitlements – to supporting you with finding adequate housing through the rental application process.
We also have a respite home located in Campbelltown to support all ages, from 0 to 65 years old. We offer community access programs during your stay with us and meet your disability needs. We aim to have fun and for you; to meet others that you can keep in contact with outside and beyond our services.
